General information
- we deliver within the European Union and to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Russia and to the USA.
- our minimum order value for all orders is 15,- EURO
- all orders are shipped as parcels with DHL. Insurance is included.
- For delivery within the European Union, our S&H fees include the German value added tax (VAT) of 19%. Prices for packages to destinations outside the European Union are without VAT.
- The delivery times are estimated and calculated from the day that we receive the payment for an order.
