Felting needles are a very fine tool to combat loops and loose hairs. Felting needles have tiny barbed hooks. By repeatedly stitching them into the dreadlock, loose hairs and loops are pushed inside the locks. It works great, try it! The medium needles are best when you have thin dreadlocks, the coarse needles are recommended for all the others.

Be careful when using the needles, so you won't get hurt ;)
