This crocheting needle (with handle) from RASTAPRIDE is a very effective tool to pull loose hairs into a dread. It's size is 2.25 mm, which is big enough to pull a batch of loose hairs at a single blow into the dread. At the same time, the 2.0 mm-needles are tiny enough to slide easily through your dreadlocks without damaging them.

instructions:

Stick the needle through a dreadlock, so that it comes out where the lose hairs are. Wrap the loose hairs once around the hook and pull the needle back. Repeat until the lose hairs are hidden completely in your dreadlock.
